Bread Pudding

A couple days ago Levi's sister, April, and I threw a baby shower for our friend who is having her very first baby girl next month.  We did a flower theme so we cut the little sandwiches into flower and circle shapes which left us with a lot of crust.  Some of it we threw out, but I saved most of it thinking I could make stuffing with it.  Then I remembered that Levi had once told me that he liked bread pudding.  I don't think I had ever even had it before, but I found an easy recipe on allrecipes.com for it.  Some of the recipes used scalded milk and water baths, but this one didn't and was really easy, so if you've got some bread going stale or lots of crusts left over, try this!  It was really yummy!
