Utah Trip

While we were down in Utah for the wedding, Levi surprised me and took an extra day off work so we could enjoy the trip a little more.  Usually our trips down to Utah are pretty quick stick-to-business there and back trips.  This time though, with our extra day, we crossed off all the things on our list that we don't normally find time to do.

In-n-Out Burger

Picnic at the park.

Playing on the slides.

Visit to Temple Square in SLC.

Nielson's "Concrete." (similar to a blizzard but 100x better!)

Claire's first time swimming.

We also hit up Deseret Industries thrift shop, the LDS Distribution Center, and the Gateway Mall where of course we bought Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory dark chocolate truffles and peanut butter buckets! We stayed with Levi's grandma who has a new apartment 2 blocks from Temple Square.  We took advantage and did lots of exploring, attending church with her at the The Joseph Smith Memorial Building and touring the Beehive House too.  We hope to visit again for our church's General Conference this October.
