The Perfect Plan

Levi and I have been bouncing around ideas about our house for years now.  We basically know what we want and have a spot to build, but we haven't quite felt settled about making the financial commitment.  The other day though while we were driving an idea came to me that we're both super excited about!  Not only do we need to build a house, but Levi needs a new shop because ours isn't tall enough for him to get taller trucks or vans in to work on, plus I would really like to have a separate work space for wood working. So my thought was, lets put the house on the back burner for now and start by building a new shop!  Excellent Bethany, but that still doesn't solve how our growing family is going to manage in a small one bedroom apartment...or does it?  Once Levi's new shop is complete, we'll have a lot of extra space in the old shop that we could continue to use as work space OR we could renovate it into a 2-bedroom apartment, a perfect size for our small family.  Then we can rent out the one we're living in now, and once our house is complete, we'll have two apartments to rent out which can help with a mortgage, plus we hope to do all of this without going into any debt!  We're so excited about this plan now and can't wait to get started on it.
